Based on provisions of article 1 in revised law of public prosecutor No. 159 in 1979, attached with our letter copy of STOP Anti-Corruption’s report that mention loss of 45 million US dollar that was allocated for Ministry of Agriculture & Water Resources, referred to letter of Council of Ministries No.7835 on 17 Oct 2015 which was sent to both Ministry of Natural Resources and Ministry of Finance & Economy that require tracking of the 45 million dollar which has been lost, therefore we are requiring the result of Prime Minister’s follow up of the above mentioned case, with regards.
